About the Authors

Jeff Stevens is the founder of Profound Path. Jeff's extensive business background includes positions as Director, President, COO, Vice-President, and Division Head of various small, large, private and publicly traded companies. He has in depth experience in strategic development, corporate sales, fund raising, and personnel management. Jeff also serves as an elder at Valley Center Community Church in Valley Center, CA where he and his wife Jill raise their 4 daughters.

Matt Hayes is a Senior Partner in Profound Path. Matt's business background includes positions as Chairman and CEO of a publicly traded company, as well as various executive positions with both private and public companies. Matt began his career out of college as an inventor, and has been issued several U.S. Patents. Additionally Matt has served on staff and currently is a volunteer with Young Life. Matt and his wife Bretta live in the San Diego area with their son Jack and daughter Hannah.
